“This is our favorite location of Lake Murray; a quiet cove that feels remote but just minutes from the convenience of downtown Lexington. The bungalow was just as advertised and was fantastic. Clean space with well stocked kitchen and amenities. We were able to dock our boat for the long weekend and spent time on both the floating dock and covered portion enjoying the views. Thanks Kent for an amazing stay. ”

“Communication with Doran was always timely. The home was clean and spacious, beds were comfy for our tired bodies every night. Plenty of kitchen tools/pans for our needs. A couple of things weren’t fantastic, low water pressure, fridge got cold enough to be safe but barely, ice maker did not work and no ice cube trays, and master bed is a queen not king, but it was a great price for all it did have. If we had paid what most places were asking it would have been disappointing. I said you get what...

“Stayed for a week while fishing on Lake Murray. Great location. Short drive to the lake, food and groceries. Did not use the outdoor area due to rain. The chargrill duo on the patio is only usable on the charcoal side. The gas side is nonfunctioning. We did enjoy sitting on the back porch. Screens and a small ceiling fan would make it even better. Ice maker doesn't work on the refrigerator and the water pressure in the sink is low,but the kitchen is nice. All the other appliances worked well....

“We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in Chapin without the need to...

“Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable furniture, great views of the lake and close to restaurants (south shore grocery and grill is new, 5 min anway, and so good!). We loved morning coffee on the balcony in very comfortable chairs. Ideal location to visit family in nearby Harbour Watch when they already have a house full! We will be back! ”

“This small cabin right on the lake is exactly how it is pictured on VRBO. It was extremely clean and communication with Candy was immediate and helpful. We did have a little difficulty with the front door lock but Candy fixed it remotely right away. The kitchen needs more drinking glasses. The dog pen is fantastic and shaded and the dogs enjoyed being able to run free. All in all, it was a great long weekend getaway with the grandkids who wore themselves out jumping off the deck and swimming....
