“My wife and I traveled nearly 3,000 miles from California to celebrate our anniversary at the Williamsburg Inn because of the exceptional experiences we had here in the past. Sadly, this stay was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had.

“We enjoyed our stay. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. However, we found several area needingvattention. It was inconvenient to ask for buckets of ice to keep our indoor food and drink cold.
