“Staff was so friendly and kind. Room was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint for a not 5 star was that there were slightly large bugs in our room, not on the bed but on the floor, I’m only assuming since it’s dark with the solar lighting. Other than that this place was absolutely stunning and I will be returning!”

“Don’t like the fact that I paid all that money for that hotel just to get and had to pay another $250 deposit then had to pay another $50 a night for parking they did not a have a swimming pool you had to pay for breakfast that’s not even worth it the menu for it the breakfast was small and pricey”

“The staff could not have been nicer, and honestly, their management left them with a terrible situation with unsafe 98 degree weather and a failing AC and a lack of fans. We had to move rooms and it was still 80 degrees in our new room. They didn’t have enough fans, which is not ok. They did find me an AC window but the very kind maintenance couldn’t get the window in the bedroom which is another layer of unsafe condition in a fire. Scary situation TBH. The hotel has quaint potential but...

“the room was very noisy, both from the windows and from the room's door. A lot of noise come from the corridors, when people walking or talking. the most isolated place was the bathroom.”

“Westin was a really nice hotel.. amenities were definitely very convenient Starbucks and Sullivans were perfect. Location was great for going out. We definitely plan on going there again… Good job Marriot”

“Good location and the staff were great! The building is old and run down and needs some major renovations. It also wasn’t very clean. The sheets didn’t look clean, paint was chipped and peeling in multiple areas. The chair in my room looked gross. The pictures on the site are false advertisement. Definitely would not stay there again. I only needed to stay for one night but had my trip been longer I would’ve gone somewhere else even if I had already paid for more time.”
