Hotel vicino a Cultural Center Historic District - Detroit

“Staff was so friendly and kind. Room was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint for a not 5 star was that there were slightly large bugs in our room, not on the bed but on the floor, I’m only assuming since it’s dark with the solar lighting. Other than that this place was absolutely stunning and I will be returning!”

“the room was very noisy, both from the windows and from the room's door. A lot of noise come from the corridors, when people walking or talking. the most isolated place was the bathroom.”

“The staff could not have been nicer, and honestly, their management left them with a terrible situation with unsafe 98 degree weather and a failing AC and a lack of fans. We had to move rooms and it was still 80 degrees in our new room. They didn’t have enough fans, which is not ok. They did find me an AC window but the very kind maintenance couldn’t get the window in the bedroom which is another layer of unsafe condition in a fire. Scary situation TBH. The hotel has quaint potential but...

“When I checked in, they will only take cash and I don’t remember anything about it saying cash only online and they insisted on making a copy of my ID with my debit card which I questioned, and he really didn’t understand what my issue was so then we get to my room and the window is wide open with a fan in it. It’s 100° outside and you cannot control the climate from the room so the room was hot the entire time there was no bathroom door and no refrigerator or ice. Everything else was booked for...

“Don’t like the fact that I paid all that money for that hotel just to get and had to pay another $250 deposit then had to pay another $50 a night for parking they did not a have a swimming pool you had to pay for breakfast that’s not even worth it the menu for it the breakfast was small and pricey”

“Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience....
