Southern Beach Living. Una vacanza perfetta ti aspetta. Questo (4 CAMERE DA LETTO ~ 3 BAGNO COMPLETO) ~ (OCEANFRONT HOME) è stupendo dalla testa ai piedi. (POSTI LETTO 8) Questa casa sulla spiaggia rialzata ha una delle più grandi follie schermate di Oceanfront Porches.

Si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia ea solo un isolato da Center Street con tutti i negozi e ristoranti. È anche a pochi isolati nella direzione opposta dai campi da tennis e da basket della comunità.

Goditi il (PORCHE LATERALI E POSTERIORI OVERSIZE) con molti mobili da esterno e vaste (VISTA OCEANA) che catturano l'alba del mattino senza ostacoli. I proprietari hanno fornito un (GRIGLIA A GAS) sul patio a livello dell'oceano all'aperto al piano terra per la perfetta esperienza barbecue. La pulizia della griglia è a carico degli affittuari.

Bellissimi pavimenti in parquet e piastrelle in tutte le principali zone giorno e bagni. Un sacco di posti a sedere in salotto e sala da pranzo per tutti. La cucina completamente attrezzata avrà tutto il necessario. Sarai soddisfatto del gusto da spiaggia / golfista del proprietario e dell'ampio piano del sud in questa casa di lusso. Per il prezzo, non puoi batterlo. Vieni a rilassarti su Folly in stile spazioso.

The view was amazing—sunrise and sunset! RIGHT ON THE BEACH—no obstruction of the view! Easy private access to the beach! Downtown, easy to walk to most restaurants (which were plenty). Close enough to Charleston to discover all that it has to share. Garage parking was a huge plus!

Folly Getaway

We enjoyed the Tee Fore Two house very much on Folly Beach! The screened-in porch made the house so enjoyable. We ate most of our meals out on the porch and there is enough seating so that everyone was comfortable. We had six adults and two children and everyone had a great time. I’m sure we will be back at this property!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! Wonderful location on Folly Beach with close proximity to everything. The house was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Our only suggestion is to provide small beach chairs and beach towels to take to the beach. The beach is a huge draw for this house and providing these additional items would have made our stay that much better. All in all, a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Great Family Getaway

This property was exactly as pictured. There was ample space for our family. The location at mid beach was perfect. We enjoyed being just a short walk to the coffee shops, Bert’s, and restaurants. The kitchen had every dish, pan, glass, utensil, kitchen tool, barbecue tool, and cutting board that you could possibly need. We loved the easy access to the beach. It was a great pre-holiday experience for this Midwest family.

Beautiful property really bad timing

This house and location was wonderful, but it should never have been on the market to rent. Folly beach is rebuilding the beach and construction occurred 24/7. The tractors ran all night and the beeping from them backing up kept us up all night. You could feel the vibrations from them plowing the sand. Instead of having a relaxing week we literally are sick, exhausted, stressed. The rental company, who were very nice and easy to work with comp'd us a night, but they should have moved us or comp'd the entire trip minus cleaning etc. If I wasn't with my family we would have left the first night.

Beach Getaway

Enjoyed the oceanfront home and short walk to the pier and restaurants. Would stay at this property again, my parents absolutely loved the screened, oceanfront porch. My OceanRental was great, very informative!

Great Location

House was very clean, and access to the beach was great. If I had to say anything that was wrong, it would be there were lightbulbs missing or burned out and batteries dead in remotes. I emailed the property manager and they brought some batteries but did not replace any bulbs. Overall it was a nice stay for my family.

Quick staycation

Local family craving ocean air!! This home was perfectly comfortable, incredibly spacious, and the view was unbelievable. To be so close to all the “action” of Folly it was hidden, private, and quiet!

Great property at great location

Wonderful location with direct access to the beach and walking to restaurants and shops. Very spacious and lovely outdoor screened in porch overlooking the beach that was perfect for morning yoga and relaxing throughout the day. Unfortunate issue with water going out, but the contact at property management, Samantha, was absolutely responsive, kind, and attentive. We were unable to get the water fixed before we checked out, but the property owner refunded partial days stay which was much appreciated. Cannot beat the location or attentiveness of rental management service. Do bring own shampoo as I missed this was not included in the rental and forgot ours...not much shopping choice for such in near vacinity. Would highly recommend the property.

Wonderful property and great management

Wonderful beach front location. Literally 60 seconds walk from the beach. The house is spacious and clean with everything we needed. Management company reached out to check on us and responded to every question quickly. Perfect short vacation before Christmas. Would love to return in the summer although price may be too high for such great property in peak season.

Folly Beach - 2023

The house was great. Great location, close to the pier with a spectacular screened porch with wonderful ocean views. Very well equipped home. There was some confusion about the door code to use for access, but the issue was resolved quickly. Biggest problem was the gas grill. I would consider it sub-standard for the price we were paying. Also had issues with getting hot water in 2 bathroom sinks & the kitchen sinks.. Had to turn on the hot water in the shower/tub to get warm water in the bathroom sinks, & had to run the dishwasher to get warm water in the kitchen sinks.

Great location and nice house. My only complaint is the driveway and outdoor walkway to the beach is overgrown. A little yard work would go a long way. overall a great time though

Tee fore two folly beach rental

Great location. Nice home. Needs some basic upkeep for the price. Master shower has mold all in caulking that could not be removed by re cleaning. Main bathroom sink does not drain unless you jiggle it. No toilet paper holder in main bathroom. Screened in pprch has boards tacked on it to keep screas in place. Etc Etc Had to call for all these items to get them fixed. For the price they could pay attention to the details. Looks as though they do the least to keep it rentable.
