Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed. We not refund due to loss of service from all 3rd party utility companies to include but not limited to: electric, water, cable, internet, sewer. Anything inoperable, broke, or loss of utility must be reported immediately to the owner.
