    Recentemente ristrutturato e iniziando le vacanze nel 2018, questa "Tranquil Beach Cabin" si trova in un'ottima posizione a poco più di 2 isolati da Center Street con tutti i negozi e i ristoranti; ma nel tranquillo quartiere del West End! Bella casa, a soli quattro isolati, 5-10 minuti a piedi o 2 minuti di bicicletta dall'oceano. Questa casa 3 camere da letto ~ 3 bagni completa 8 posti letto.

    Spiaggia tranquilla. Una bella vacanza ti aspetta. Questa casa sulla spiaggia si trova all'inizio della 3a Strada in W Indian Avenue. Godetevi la veranda riparata che si affaccia su un cortile ombreggiato con querce e palme con abbondanza di mobili da giardino e una terrazza all'aperto con un barbecue a gas Weber. (la pulizia della griglia è responsabilità dell'affittuario)

    Il cortile completamente recintato offre un luogo perfetto e sicuro per far giocare i bambini lontano da qualsiasi traffico sulla spiaggia.

    La cucina completamente attrezzata e recentemente rinnovata è di fascia alta, con elettrodomestici aggiornati e contatori di quarzo solidi. Il nuovo scaldabagno senza serbatoio fornisce acqua calda infinita per la doccia di tutti. Interni dipinti di fresco, pavimenti in legno rifiniti, nuovi divani e sedie da pranzo, tutti i nuovi letti con i resoconti dei consumatori sono i migliori materassi king e queen e le nuove TV ultra-HD in tutte le camere da letto (tutto in estate 2018). La 3a camera da letto può ospitare 3 persone, un letto a castello completo e doppio.

    Sarai molto soddisfatto del gusto e della qualità high-end di questa casa. Questa accogliente casa sulla spiaggia è proprio ciò di cui hai bisogno per la tua vacanza. Per il prezzo, non puoi batterlo. Vieni a fare un po 'di relax qui su Folly.

The house was clean, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool was excellent. Highly recommend! We would love to return!

The house was as advertised. There was an issue upon check-in, which the property manager promptly addressed in a highly professional manner. We would stay at this house or another Myoceanrental property again in the future.

Amazing vacation home! First of all the communication with rental company was excellent! Beach access was much closer then we thought! Just short 5 minutes walk! Salted water pool was great for the afternoon swim. And everyone's favorite outdoor shower! Well stocked kitchen! We had plenty of supplies and towels! Thank you My Ocean Rental company and owners for great vacation!!!

This house was perfect for our family of 8! The pool was a huge hit and being so close to downtown and the beach made it even better. Owners did a great job of communicating all details and the house was surprisingly stocked with many amenities.

excellent stay!

one of best supplied rentals we have stayed at. Plenty of linens, kitchen supplies, etc. Outstanding location, easy walk to the beach and very calm and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Great house with a beautiful pool! We rented a golf cart which was perfect for beach travel.

This house was perfect for our family. We loved the neighborhood and ease of walking to the small Folly Beach town. I especially loved the kitchen because we ate in most every night and it was very well stocked.

Perfect house at our favorite beach

Beautiful house with an even better pool. Very well outfitted kitchen. We booked for 5 nights but stayed for 1 because we have little ones and Debby was coming. Would definitely book again.

Lovely family house

Our family enjoyed the well-equipped home, particularly the pool. Close to beach and town, a golf cart added convenience. The host company responded quickly to any question. All eight of us- 5 adults, two teens, a nine-year old snd one dog- said this house was a favorite.

Great family vacation spot.

The place is spacious and beautiful. The backyard is like a lagoon of your very own. There were no issues, and nothing we would change. You’re a few blocks off of the beach, but it’s an easy walk down 2nd St.

Highly Recommended

We loved the home. It was a perfect location, had more than enough amenities, and of course the pool was a huge hit with our boys! The house was very clean. excellent and very comfortable, very inviting.

Extremely inviting and comfortable home ready to receive families with kids. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped. The bedrooms offer every comfort possible with bathrooms on-suite or nearby! Our family stayed for the thanksgiving holiday and it was a pleasure to bike around town, go to the beach just 2.5 blocks away and even walk to town for breakfast or local seafood! The entire property is impeccable and the hosts/management company made everything very easy. There is Yoga nearby as well as a supermarket. I would highly recommend this beautiful home with all the amenities possible to any family!

Wonderful Home

This home was perfect for our family! We loved the pool and beautiful yard. The house is very nice and has everything you could need. It's a great part of the island where it's a bit quieter, but still so close to the beach. We're already thinking about the next time we can rent this place again. Great Family Trip

Wow! What an amazing house. The house was extremely clean, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully loaded including several spices and every cooking appliance we needed. The backyard was a gem. We felt like we were in an exotic island. The family had a great time using the beautiful pool and hanging out in the screened in porch. We can't wait to come back! From MyOceanRental: Thank you for your review. Great home with amazing pool!

My family enjoyed this home with the beautiful, private pool last week. There was plenty of room for my husband & me (in our 50's), my in-laws (in their 70's), my 2 grown children (21 & 25 years old) and their friends (21 & 27). The home was clean, had enough furniture and comfortable beds, and the neighborhood was so quiet and laid-back. We cooked there for many meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rental company communicated thoroughly with us before, during and after the trip so that we had enough information and resources for our stay. The screened-in porch was so nice every morning to sit and enjoy our coffee. We spent most of our time in the huge pool, and it was the absolute largest, cleanest and well appointed pool we have rented for 20 years! There were comfortable & sturdy chairs, enough seating for all 8 of us, and enough shade for me, as well as sun for the younger guests. We did ride bikes and drive the rented golf cart to the beach some, but mostly we just enjoyed the pool each day/night. The neighborhood is very nice, and you can walk to Center Street or to the beach easily. We loved this property and we would love to stay here again and again! The only 2 issues we had were very minor: -The ice maker is really slow (but the listing specifically told us to be prepared to purchase bags of ice, so we did buy a lot of ice!) -The previous guests must have used all the propane, so the very first night when we had marinated our chicken to grill, we tried to start the gas grill, only to find it empty. So, we did have to drive to the store to exchange the empty bottle for another. The listing told us to send a receipt for the gas exchange and we would be reimbursed, so it was not too big of a deal. Thank you for everything!

Young Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Folly Beach. Communication with the property manager was exceptionally easy and very well organized. We were able to get into the house early, which was a lovely surprise. The house was very clean and had everything we needed - very well stocked for little ones. We had rented a golf cart - the walk to the beach would have been challenging with 3 under the age of 7 and beach gear in two, though there was a wagon available (we didn't use). The pool was a wonderful bonus and proximity to Center Street was great - a very quick golf cart ride if we needed anything. We found the street quiet and calm with limited traffic, which was great for walking the dog with the kids. The one minor issue was that the hot water was temperamental - we ended up using the downstairs shower instead of the one in the queen bedroom because the upstairs often would not get warm enough. It wasn't an issue for us, but something to be aware of. Not sure if this is a common issue in the area or one unique to this property. Overall, would highly recommend.

Great location and pool!

House is in a great area with easy access to town and beach. Pool was fantastic and perfect way to end day. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our stay!
