The Wonderer is a private club in Downtown Charleston, offering a 2-acre campus with resort-style amenities. As our guest, you will receive access to their Tulum-inspired pool, cabanas, restaurant and bar, fitness studio, wellness classes, and a recovery room unlike any other! Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

**Please note: The Wonderer is a 25+ private membership-based club, and access is not guaranteed.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.

You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan`s island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Great!

Booked this property for a work trip with 5 coworkers. Everything was great - we had a short drive to the conference, used the Wonderer gym every day, and overall had a great time in Charleston. The house is a little awkward in that it's two separate units. We used the downstairs as our gathering and cooking space, so those of us staying upstairs had to walk outside to get to breakfast. Not bad, just a little odd. We walked to Chez Nous across the back alley for a wonderful, albeit quite pricey, dinner.

Extremely central and great for groups

We were a wedding party and had 13 people. Everyone was comfortable. There is a lovely balcony and backyard patio that we made use of when the temperature came down. The location could not be more central to upper king street. Within 1 block we had multiple coffee shops, a bodega, and several restaurants, including a few stellar breakfast/lunch spots. Highly recommend
