The fully equipped kitchens have everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, utensils, and Keurig coffee maker. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 6 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The Wonderer is a private club in Downtown Charleston, offering a 2-acre campus with resort-style amenities. As our guest, you will receive access to their Tulum-inspired pool, cabanas, restaurant and bar, fitness studio, wellness classes, and a recovery room unlike any other! Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

Please note: The Wonderer is a private membership-based club, and access is not guaranteed.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.

You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber, Taxis, and Pedicabs are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan`s island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Perfect location for a Charleston girls weekend

This was the perfect location for our girls weekend in Charleston. Both units were beautiful and had everything we needed (except hangers in the closets) for a fun weekend. We had 12 friends stay and we were so close to King Street and everything we wanted to do. The house is at the end of a dead end street, so while it's in the action, it is really quiet at night. A perfect mix of fun and relaxation.
