La casa si trova in Saint Philip Street, a solo 1 isolato di distanza dalla famosa King Street di Charleston. L'unità è davvero il migliore dei due mondi in quanto si trova in una tranquilla strada residenziale ma è a 3 secondi a piedi da tutta la vita di King Street. Su King troverai tutti i bar, i ristoranti e lo shopping che potresti desiderare! La proprietà è anche a 2 minuti a piedi da Brown's Court Bakery, rendendo il croissant mattutino una presa veloce!

La casa si trova nel centro di Charleston con praticamente tutto raggiungibile a piedi. I migliori ristoranti e negozi di King Street sono proprio dietro l'angolo. Si trova a soli 3 minuti di auto da Market Street e dal quartiere storico. C'è un parcheggio custodito gratuito per 1 veicolo.
Muoversi:
Camminare è facile da questa posizione, in quanto sei a un isolato di distanza da King Street. Tuttavia, le biciclette sono il modo migliore per godersi Charleston e percorrere le bellissime strade storiche al tuo ritmo! Un altro modo per spostarsi a Charleston è usare un pedi-taxi, questo è un ottimo modo per spostarsi e chiacchierare con la gente del posto che può dirti molte cose interessanti sulla città. Anche le UBER sono sempre disponibili.
Altre cose da notare:
• Trattare lo spazio con rispetto. Se avete problemi, farò del mio meglio per aiutare al più presto. C'è un limite di 10pm per qualsiasi rumore sul tetto, abbiamo dei vicini che dobbiamo rispettare!

A lovely stay

We enjoyed this hidden gem that was close to many nice restaurants. It was a little too warm to enjoy the rooftop sitting area, though we did get some early morning time and loved it. Definitely somewhere we would return.

Great Accommodations in an Excellent Location

Comfortable bed, cozy space. Proximity provides access to north end of King St while allowing quick access to hwy 17 for trip to beach. Lots of eating options within neighborhood. Great hosts! Highly recommend.

Property and house were great. Parking was a little sketchy behind a vacant and almost falling down house. Luckily there wasn’t 3 cars in the lot it’s quite narrow. But that’s just parking. Everything about the house was perfect.

Great Place!

We were very happy with our time in Unit C. The house was very clean and comfortable with an awesome rooftop deck for morning and evening drinks. The location was quiet despite being close to neighbors.The property also had many neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a 5 minute walk to King Street. Wry happy with our stay!

Ruined 50th anniversary celebration

1.) Inside property temperature was 46F.2.) Smoke detector chirping from dead battery 3.) Bedroom on second floor when not on listing. My wifeHas MS and climbing stairs is very difficult with fall risk.4.) Listing shows on site parking. It is around the block behind a burned,boarded,dilapidated building.5.) Construction across the street had a pile driver that started at 7:45am.

Christmas Get Away

After a hustle and bustle with family the weekend before Christmas we got away just the two of us for some quiet quality time together. Charleston was the perfect spot and this quaint little place did the trick. The owners were very prompt and supplied quick informative responses. Check was easy and simple. I would recommend this place and we would stay there again. The bed was nice king bed with new comfortable mattress and bedding.

Mother Daughter Trip to Charleston

The house itself was very cute and well organized. Although space was at a premium, the space was well used. The rooftop deck was so nice in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very comfortable. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star across the board was the location of the parking. The owners were very responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Good Location to King St Fun!

Walkable to restaurants and shopping! Was great size for my husband & I! We were able to bring our dog which was an added bonus! Really clean and comfortable. Also really enjoyed the upstairs rooftop patio. Kitchen is not set up for cooking big meals and the refrigerator is under counter but it worked for us!

Nice get away for two

It was perfect for what we needed for our stay. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. It was secluded and away from the road enough it was nice to sit outside on the patio furniture and relax.

Great Location, Very Kind Management

This property was perfect for our stay in Charleston. It was a central location that let us walk to everything, and had parking which was a must because we drove there. If you’re looking to cook and have more home cooked meals, the kitchen leave a bit to be desired. It’s a mini fridge and the oven was difficult to use. But it’s a very nice space and great location. Also management was very responsive throughout.

Excellent, but….

We had an excellent stay. The property is in good location just a 5 minute walk from King St. and in close proximity to lots of great restaurants. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. We only had 3 relatively minor complaints. The photos of the rooftop deck in the VRBO listing of the apartment show lights and cushions on the outdoor furniture, but neither was anywhere to be found. The outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable without cushions. We understand that the outdoor elements do a lot of damage to outdoor fabrics , but nonetheless, if you’re going to show outdoor seating cushions in the property photos, the property should have them, even if you keep them stored in a outdoor deck box when not in use. Another complaint we have is that there was no hot water in the upstairs bedroom sink and the water pressure was very weak, but only for that one sink. Water pressure for all of the other sinks and shower/tub was fine. Lastly, the upstairs bathroom sink drain was completely clogged, so much so, that I was forced to take apart the plumbing pipes under the drain, and pull out what looked like a years worth of hair and disgusting gunk. It only took me 10 minutes and afterwards the sink drained perfectly.

Very cute place in a fantastic location

The house was very clean with updated amenities. Perfect for two people. Lots of great outdoor spaces, the rooftop deck was a great addition. Located just off King street where you will find restaurants and shops within minutes. I highly recommend this property.

Great Spot

Stayed for a long weekend. Check in was easy and the property was clean. Convenient location. Enjoyed the rooftop. Parking was just around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, not so great for little ones

We loved the location of this property because we could walk a lot of places. The communication with the property manager was top notch prior to checkin. Our only complaint is that we wouldn’t stay here again with our kiddos (ages 3 and 1). The tub is very slippery and dangerous to try to bathe little kids. Additionally, there are no blinds/curtains on the door to the rooftop in the bedroom which made it so bright that our kids didn’t sleep well. Also, the rooftop has a railing missing which made it unsafe to use with kids that could fall through. Otherwise, great stay and if it were just adults it would be perfect.

Great location, quiet and well appointed

Loved the location - easy walk everywhere. Off street parking was helpful. When we were there there was construction across the courtyard, but beyond the control of the owner of course. Place is a bit small but super well arranged so feels bigger than it is - great for 2, maybe three people. Recently renovated, so all new appliances etc. Awesome roof deck. Definitely would stay again.
