    401 E Huron è (3 camere da letto ~ 1 bagno completo) ~ (6 posti letto) E '(3 isolati al centro strada) dove troverete tutti i negozi accoglienti,
    ristoranti, bar "beachy" e solo un paio di minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia!

    La casa è accessibile per disabili come la doccia. Facile da aggirare con rampe integrate che possono essere installate su richiesta! Godetevi il (privato schermato in veranda), dotato di posti a sedere per l'abbondanza. C'è una cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata con posti a sedere intorno al tavolo. (vasca idromassaggio) nella camera da letto principale.

    Non si può negare il classico arredamento Folly Beach che i proprietari hanno messo nella loro casa. Vieni a stare e vedere di persona! Questo lotto è un lotto COMPLETO e c'è un sacco di spazio nel cortile erboso per far giocare i bambini. C'è anche un bel pozzo del fuoco con posti a sedere e un'altalena di corda per i bambini!

Great location and nice grass area for hanging out by the fire pit. Patio and chairs could have been cleaner. Nice kitchen with most amenities. No hand soap and minimal towels for showering. Could provide a nice bath mat for showering. We had to use one of the hand towels.

Great getaway

Nice place, easy walk to beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants/shops but also far enough away to not be bothered by the traffic, people, and noise when the area gets busy. Cozy, but has everything needed. Great stay for our family.

What a sweet little house only blocks from the beach! It was perfect for the two of us. The screened in porch was a great place to read in the evening. We enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. It is cozy and functional! It’s in a quiet part of the island with plenty of shade and a quick walk to Center Street, Bert’s and all of the fun!

Awesome house

The cutest house and perfect for our family of 5. Very close to the beach and to a really neat gated playground. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great location

This house was perfect for our boys. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook at the house. Folly Beach is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

4th on Folly

The weather wasn't great, they canceled the fireworks show, but we weren't going to let that stop us from having a great time.The beach cottage was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and downtown Folly. Nice screened outdoors seating with a grille. It was too hot to light the fire pit, but there is plenty of seating around the pit.

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be exactly what we were looking for. The walk to both the beach and Center Street was easy and convenient, making it simple to enjoy Folly Beach without constantly driving. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the selection of games and books available for guests.A couple of things were exactly as advertised. The kitchen table is small, but we were able to pull it away from the wall when playing cards and games. The TV viewing angle isn't ideal from all seating areas, but that was apparent from the listing photos and wasn't important to us.A few things did surprise us. The bedrooms do not have closets. There was adequate drawer space and clothing racks, but we would have packed extra hangers had we known. We also found there was limited space to hang wet towels and bathing suits for four adults.The biggest surprise was the washer and dryer, which are located in an exterior shed-like room. We don't recall this being mentioned in the listing. While functional, the space is not fully sealed, and we encountered several large insects while doing laundry.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the location, amenities, and thoughtful touches. With a few small improvements and clearer information in the listing, future guests would know exactly what to expect.

Fun Family Get Away

This was a great spot for our family to vacation in Folly. The house is cute and just a few blocks from the beach. We really enjoyed the screened porch for our morning coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the house and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing property! Lots of space! Great location!

We had an amazing time at the Sunshine House. It was a close walk to town and a few short blocks to the beach. We were also happily surprised that we were near the city park, pickleball, and basketball courts. I highly recommend it!!

Spring in Folly Beach

Cute little cottage. Great yard. Fire pit. Short walk to beach. We love to cook, and kitchen was a little minimal but other than that, perfect.

Perfect. Accurate to listing. Location was perfect. Far enough from the strip to be quiet but an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Bed were comfortable. AC worked great. Loved the patio and back porch area.

Wonderful time in Folly Island

Wonderful stay! House was perfect and had everything we needed and more! Very clean and completely outfitted. Loved the screened in porch where we could sit and watch the sunrise and listen to the birds sing their morning songs. So close to the beach and downtown. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Wonderful

We went for a short weekend trip and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was clean and very roomy for us. Best bed I have ever had in a rental , in the master. Would definitely rent again. The only negative were the added fees to rent. Very expensive.

Beautiful and Comfortable Cottage

We greatly enjoyed our time in Folly Beach at this beautiful cottage. It's just a few blocks from the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. It's even close to a park that features tennis and pickleball courts and a play area for children. The cottage was well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, and pots & pans. They even provided a poop scooper outside for pet waste. The TV offered many channels to enjoy together with some movie DVDs.

My daughter and I stayed at Huron for a week and we loved it. Was a two minute walk to the beach and the house was great. Fire place and an enclosed porch to sit outside at night and didn't get bite up by the bugs. Definitely would recommend it for a trip! Cute little place

Cute little place, pics were spot on, was supposed to get a new grill but it didn’t come in in time. Old grill was hard to light Had an issue with the ac (my husband already looked at it) but with both issues, the management gets right back to you quickly and efficiently even on weekends
