Recentemente rinnovato questo appartamento ha un sacco di mattoni a vista, travi a vista, pavimenti in legno di pino, portico privato, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e ripiani in granito. Backyard con biciclette, grill e posti a sedere all'aperto (in comune con unità al piano di sotto)! A pochi passi dai migliori bar e ristoranti di King Street. Parcheggio fuori strada disponibile!

Questo spazio è la seconda unità di storia di una casa ed è dotato di un balcone privato! L'unità è di 2 camere da letto, con 1 bagno completo. La camera da letto n. 1 ha un letto king size, un armadio e una TV. Camera da letto n. 2 ha un letto matrimoniale, armadio e TV. Il soggiorno è stato decorato da un designer locale di Charleston e la cucina è completamente fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari! La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono all'interno dell'unità e forniamo un materasso ad aria queen size! Vieni a stare con noi!

Il quartiere di Elliotborough / Cannonborough è uno dei quartieri più imminenti nella penisola di Charleston con nuove ed eccitanti attività commerciali che si aprono ad ogni angolo. In pochi isolati puoi trovare caffetterie, panifici, alimentari, bar e ristoranti incredibili per soddisfare tutte le tue esigenze. Passeggia attraverso il centro cittadino fino all'Aquarium, al Waterfront Park e alla batteria.
Muoversi:
Camminare è facile da questa posizione, poiché ti trovi a meno di un isolato da King Street. Tuttavia, le biciclette sono il modo migliore per godersi Charleston e percorrere le bellissime strade storiche al tuo ritmo! Freeway was behind us and major construction out front. Street blocked off during the day due to the construction. Noise all day and the condo sometimes shook. Gas was turned off first night and throughout next day so no hot water to bathe and no cooking. Owner returned half of cost. Vrbo returned nothing.

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston but i think this property needs a better disclaimer and we also had a couple issues with our stay.1. The property is located close to the freeway and the noises are quite loud.2. There is a major construction project happening across the street that begins there work at 6:30am each morning. It is very loud as well.3. When we arrived our parking spot was taken and we were directed to "block in" the vilolating car if we wanted to. This is an issue for the property management and not to pull a guest into the situation.4. The refrigerator broke half way through our stay.

Beautifully decorated upstairs rental. Close to businesses and restaurants. We were there during major construction across the street which started at 7 am daily. Downstair tenents were loud and inconsiderate.

This apartment is comfortable and in a great location. It is decorated nicely and has everything you need. It's on the second floor so be prepared to cau your luggage up, and the parking is a couple houses away.Parking you're not prepared

Upper unit conveniently on king street which makes everything walkable. The two bedrooms with a tv in each make it great for two couples. The units accommodations are more than enough for an extended stay (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, pots/pans, etc). Host accommodated dropping luggage early which was very helpful. Would recommend checking out if you have a smaller group and want to be walking distance to places.

The apartment is very well decorated and maintained. Extremely clean. Very close to King street. We enjoyed using the bicycles to explore around the market area. We reached out to the owner 2 times and received quick replies both times.

A friend and I stayed here for a few nights and had a great time! Excellent location/walkability to downtown Charleston. Plenty of great coffee shops around. Clean and comfortable spot! Incredibly easy check in/checkout process with great instructions! Would stay again!

Very very good communication and responsiveness. Appreciated the flexibility to get in a tad early and check out a bit late. Beds and linens super comfortable and place was clean. The neighborhood is up and coming for sure and has a ton of good restaurants within walking distance -- nice walk down King Street. The only downside is that Line Street can be kind of loud and for those not used to traffic noise etc. might find it a problem sleep-wise. Parking was easy (two doors down). Love that its close to The Daily (coffee and bfast/lunch) place.

We had the best time at this unit! Definitely enough room for 4 people even with only 1 bathroom. We walked almost everywhere. It’s close to amazing restaurants and great shopping. Our favorite restaurant by far was Felix Cocktails Et Cuisine, it is just a short 6 minute walk - highly recommend if staying at this unit. We felt totally safe even walking back at night. Parking is not as far down at all as you would think and the lot feels secure and safe! Would definitely stay here again.
