Questo Townhome su James Island è stato rinnovato da cima a fondo. Quando vieni a stare nella nostra dimora sarai sorpreso di quanto sia ben fornita la casa. Lenzuola, teli mare, cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice / asciugatrice. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è la tua valigia! Un'altra grande caratteristica di questa casa sono le tv che si possono trovare nella zona giorno, insieme ad entrambe le camere da letto! Sentiti libero di portare i tuoi animali che approveranno anche il cortile recintato e le passeggiate nel quartiere. La posizione è ideale per una visita a Charleston. Sei in una posizione centrale, ma puoi raggiungere tutti gli hotspot in solo un breve tragitto in auto! Nuovi ristoranti sono un sacco entro 5 minuti. Altre caratteristiche da notare sono un grill a gas e un patio nel cortile sul retro. Ci sono giochi per bambini o adulti .. Non rimarrete delusi da questa casa di Charleston ben tenuta !!

Cozy excellent cottage

This was the PERFECT location. My son and I was in the middle of relocating and stayed at this property for a month. Perfect location to everything..The beach, stores, downtown, and shopping all was in a 3 to 10 minute drive and even a 4 minute walk to Walmart.The house was everything we needed. Perfect 2 bed & 2 bath. Pefect Private backyard with the space you need to exercise and grill. We griilled almost everyday. The kitchen was great for cooking and had all the things you need to cook.If you watch TV excellent channels and smart TV's in living room and bedroons.The neighborhood was excellent. It has a track that you can walk for exercise. Everyone was friendly. Our host was excellent in communicating with us. We didn't have any problems.I would recommend this location to anyone and definitely would stay here again. . of relocating the process or relocat

Beautiful property close to downtown Charleston

We absolutely loved staying in Elizabeth’s beautiful home. The house was perfectly in between folly beach and downtown Charleston, either of which were only 10 minutes away. Would stay again!

Remodeling stay 😀

We stayed here for two months while our house was being remodeled. We found the accommodations to be very convenient and the neighborhood was pleasant. Communication with host was excellent and very timely.

Winter Get Away.

This was a winter get away from MI weather for me, my husband and our miniature poodle. The condo was lovely with a private outdoor patio for warm days and a gas fireplace for those colder evenings. The complex has a series of man-made ponds with paved walk ways that made for many pleasant walks,

A great month stay

My husband and I stayed for a month in January. We had everything we needed to cook, clean, and make ourselves feel at home. The community was great with a bunch of walking paths and ponds, and the backyard was fenced in which was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cold winter mornings and the backyard table and BBQ were a nice bonus. The location is great! A short Uber ride to downtown Charleston and so close to Folly Beach. Thanks Elizabeth for a great stay!

Safe, quiet neighborhood.

Quite comfortable with great vintage touches. Well equipped kitchen and an awesome private backyard. That said, the townhome needs a deep cleaning. We don’t have a dog and dog hair was everywhere.

Excellent location and very warm and inviting house. Walking path just outside back gate. All the amenities you would need, just bring some food and your good to go!

Great stay in Charleston

We had a wonderful time staying here with our dogs for our trip to Charleston. The location is great, it’s located close to both downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. The house was great and the backyard space was perfect. We even enjoyed the neighborhood the house is located within. There was several walking trails throughout which we perfect for running in the morning and walking our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely townhome; lovely neighborhood

First, I was surprised that it is actually 2 bedrooms even though the listing said 1. Had I known, I might have asked a friend to stay too. Home is accurate to photos. Very clean. The location is very convenient with Publix less than 2 miles. Walking paths for 2 legged and 4 legged. Elizabeth was quick with responses to inquires. Highly recommend Black Magic Cafe for breakfast. I would consider staying here again...though not in the sweltering heat of late July : )...yea for air conditioning.

Weekend Love

This property was exactly what I was looking for. Originally being from the Charleston area it was convenient to the beach, downtown and family. I was able to attend the beach everyday with it being only about 7 minutes away. The downtown (Market Street) was about 15 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends.

Great couple day stay!

We really enjoyed our few days spent at the rental. It was decorated very cute and was super cozy. It was very clean and a great location to both Folly beach and downtown Charleston. We would most definitely stay here again!

This is a pleasant, quiet and spacious option for a stay in Charleston, just 10 minutes from downtown and a similar distaince from the beach. We would have preferred something downtown, but late planning limited choices.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

This place is clean and thoughtfully decorated. A great deal of care has gone into everything from the choice of furnishings to cookware and even kitchen supplies. Parchment paper and Barkeepers Friend in a rental? Amazing! The grounds were lovely for dog walks, the garden pleasant for an evening cocktail, and the location was perfect for visits to downtown Charleston and other sites.

Charleston Winter Break

Thank-you Elizabeth for being such a welcoming host. Our six week stay on James Island surpassed our expectations. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked. It's in a quiet, safe community with beautiful walking trails and fountains on the grounds. The furnishings have all the charm of historic, downtown Charleston. In addition, its close proximity to James Island County Park affords miles of walking and biking nature trails. There are many good eateries close by on James Island and Folly Beach as well. It's location is perfect to sights both in the downtown area, Kiawah Island, John's Island and West Ashley. We certainly will not forget our first trip to Charleston and definitely consider staying here again should our travels bring us back to the area.

The Best!
