Relax in this Cozy Property Located Close to EVERYTHING

Enjoy your stay in Charleston at this comfortable, and centrally-located duplex. You'll love the charming, historic neighborhood with hundred-year-old oaks, and how quickly you can hop to downtown (3 minutes) and the beach (15 min). You'll be able to walk to a local, organic grocery store, coffee shop, and several restaurants and local boutiques. The property backs up to sixteen miles of paved paths - perfect for walks or a bike ride. This is the ideal home base for your visit to Charleston!

The space
This property is a duplex with the owner living in the next-door unit. With your own unit, a separate driveway, and a separate fenced-in backyard, you'll maintain complete privacy with the added comfort of having the owner on hand to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Home away from home

We had a great stay. I can’t say enough great things about this cute little gem. This place was perfect and close to the Citadel for a fun Homecoming weekend. The manager left a nice note with a fruit basket upon arrival and fresh flowers, which was a nice touch. We will be back! Thank you Laurence & Alex

Very Nice!

Adorable place in a very nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was a real bonus. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed! The host was always available to us and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Experience!

This property is perfect. It is so clean. The hosts are next door and ready to help at any time of day or night. This is a safe, quiet, quaint neighborhood just minutes from downtown Charleston and an easy drive to Folly, Sullivan and Isle of Palms. We were quite active during the day, so it was nice to come “home” and relax in such a comfortable setting that offered everything we could possible need. The big plus, we didn’t have to clean before we left. No stripping beds, taking out garbage and sweeping… they do it all. My daughters loved it. And as a bonus, there is a friendly black cat that greeted us everyday upon arrival. As a cat family, this screamed home! (For those who don’t like cats, he was not obnoxious or invasive, so don’t worry. ) Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Stop looking and book this

This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. From the thoughtful touches like the flowers on the nightstands and bowl of fruit in the kitchen to the little coffee creamers and the welcome note, this was outstanding from beginning to end. The blackout curtains in the primary bedroom were a welcome addition. I’ve never been so blown away by how clean a rental can be. Even ones where reviewers claim are clean never are — this one exceeded all my expectations. We felt so comfortable and at home all week in this home. Perfect location and absolutely a dream for kids. Would give it 100 stars if I could.

Best vacation experience ever. Even w/mishap having to replaced a tire due to neighbor’s roofing company slinging supplies. My host was amazing to help get everything worked out. Family loved the trip!!!!

Cannot say enough about how wonderful of a stay this was for my entire family. Close to everything. Easy parking. And an immaculate house. The hosts were wonderful and helped us when we realized we forgot to pack something very important. You could not ask for more in an VRBO.

Perfection!

This was one the nicest places we’ve stayed! It is lovely inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet and a great location for getting around Charleston. Laurence was a fabulous hostess; she put flowers in the bedroom, left us a bowl of fresh fruit and had a jar of candies on the coffee table. Check in was easy and checking out even easier! It was a delight to stay here. It was perfect from start to finish!
