The Space: Welcome to Rutledge Avenue Inn – Units A, B & C, a beautifully restored 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Charleston gem with two additional half baths, offering the perfect blend of privacy, charm, and modern comfort. Guests will have exclusive access to all three units, creating the ideal setup for large families or groups traveling together who want to stay close yet enjoy their own space.

Each unit features its own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting open floor plan, allowing everyone to relax and unwind in comfort.

Unit A (1st Floor):
This elegant 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath suite welcomes you with a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen includes seating for four and all essential cookware, while the living room features a cozy sitting area and large Smart HDTV. The king bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, and the second queen bedroom has its own updated full bath. Guests can also enjoy a charming second-story porch with lounge seating and a dining table for four — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Unit B (2nd Floor):
Upstairs, you’ll find another spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout. The large dining table seats six, with additional bar seating for three at the kitchen counter. Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds and private full baths, while the common area offers a convenient half bath. The living room includes a Smart HDTV and a relaxing front porch with comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy the Charleston breeze. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative and not functional.)

Unit C (Rear 1st Floor):
This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat completes the property, featuring an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, perfect for two guests. The bedroom includes a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and private full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dining for four plus counter seating for two.

All units include Smart TVs, starter amenities, and off-street parking (up to five vehicles total behind the property). Please be mindful not to park in the space labeled Cottage.
