Impostazione tranquilla della palude di marea

Ho avuto il miglior sonno della mia vita proprio qui! È così tranquillo e silenzioso. La camera da letto si affaccia su una palude di marea che è molto tranquilla e piacevole da svegliare.

Seabrook ha pochissimo inquinamento luminoso, quindi l'oscurità è buia, ma per quelle notti illuminate dalla luna o giorni di riposo, abbiamo tende oscuranti. Il letto è un letto con numero di sonno king size! Scegli il tuo livello di comfort!

A mio parere, il miglior intrattenimento è guardare la fauna selvatica della palude dal portico schermato o proprio fuori dalle finestre. C'è così tanto da vedere e da fare (o rilassare - e non), probabilmente non ne hai bisogno - ma per ogni evenienza; abbiamo una TV a LED in camera da letto e una TV intelligente nel soggiorno con accesso a qualsiasi abbonamento che si utilizza (Netflix, ecc.) collegato a Comcast X-1 TV con canali musicali e HBO e 75MB super-veloce wireless Internet! Forniamo biciclette per adulti per visitare le isole, una pentola di granchio in modo da poter prendere la cena e sedie a sdraio per il relax.

La cucina è ben arredata con una caffettiera, piatti, pentole, padelle, teiera elettrica, microonde, ecc ...

Il divano è un letto matrimoniale estraibile, quindi il posto dormirà comodamente 4 persone.

Le Bay Point Villas si trovano all'entrata di Seabrook e sono facilmente accessibili dai vari bar, ristoranti e negozi del vicino Bohicket Marina e Freshfields Village. Le spiagge e tutti i servizi Seabrook sono facilmente raggiungibili in bicicletta o in auto (circa 4 miglia) e il centro di Charleston è a circa 45 minuti.

La comunità gated Bay Pointe Villas ha un bacino di kayak lancio / granchi con posti a sedere. Abbiamo anche una piccola piscina privata.

Il Seabrook Island Club fornisce l'accesso a tutti i servizi del club, tra cui equitazione, golf, tennis, il Beach Club, Island House e le piscine del club. Alcune case vacanze includono il costo giornaliero della tessera amenità con il soggiorno e quindi ti viene addebitato se lo usi o meno. Con così tante attività nella grande area di Charleston, ho scelto di offrire ai miei ospiti una tariffa più bassa e si può ottenere una tessera amenità solo per quei giorni in cui si desidera utilizzare il Club. L'ufficio Club Amenity Card si trova all'ingresso di Landfall Way (la strada su cui ti trovi). Il costo è $ 25 / giorno o $ 150 / settimana. Il club addebita commissioni aggiuntive per alcune attività.

Wonderful place. Clean, safe, looked exactly like the pictures. It was fun sitting on the patio, and the community was very quiet. Host was helpful and friendly. Right across from a shopping village. Java Java was great coffee and Freshfields was a nice place to walk around. Easy trip into Charleston as well.

We loved our stay at Charlie’s place so much that we extended our trip two days! The condo was pristine and aptly furnished. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Although the drive to downtown, Mt P and Folly was a bit long, there were many days we didn’t leave the island because we didn’t need to! We used the bikes to explore Seabrook & Freshfields Village, and spent a lot of time at the lake house. Charlie was a phenomenal host, and super prompt in responding to our questions. Would love to return in the future!

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Charlie’s condo. This is our fourth year vacationing here! It is a peaceful spot overlooking the marsh, where you can watch the tides change while you drink your coffee or sip your wine. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The beach is expansive and only a 10 minute drive away where you can walk to see the dolphins strand or just set up your chair and enjoy the sun. Charleston is just 40 minutes away. This is a great spot to relax!

Very clean and quiet condo. Away from the hustle and bustle but, close to everything you want to see. Had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the$225/ person/ week extra to use amenities of Seabrook. We didn't do that.

The condo was very spacious for 2. Very clean which is at the top of my list. Charlie was very quick to respond. The whole area was high end. Take a day to explore the area there is so much. A short drive away there is a huge resort pool by the beach that you have to pay extra for. To pricey for us. So we used the smaller pool just steps from our condo. Only complaint is the pool is warm because of the high 90 heat. So although nice i was looking for refreshing. Still used it. I didnt think of marshes as a view but I was wrong it was really beautiful. Only suggestion is maybe a floor fan for the living room. Air works great but a fan would circulate the air. We will be back for sure. Oh first time in South Carolina and it really was great

We only had a short stay at this beautiful property, and are already checking to see when we can return. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the condo and the care that is poured into this space is evident. The natural beauty of the surrounding scenery creates a relaxing atmosphere that entices both a sense of adventure and kicking up your heels. Charlie, the host, was incredible to work with and very responsive. We look forward to another trip soon.

Beautiful marsh view in an exceptionally well-appointed townhome. The kitchen is perfect for cooking in and enjoying local produce and catch. Everything you need is included in the stay - bikes, pool access, beach towels, boogie boards, kayaks, and more! A simple 10-minute bike ride to Seabrook beaches. We'll definitely be back!!

We have spent a lot of time on Seabrook island and this condo is now our favorite place to stay! The marsh views are amazing any time of day but especially in the evenings. There is a dock right by the condo that is perfect to view the sunset with a glass of wine. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and spotless. We cooked several nights and found everything we needed was provided. I can not say enough good things about our host. There was a problem with one of the bikes and Charlie had it replaced first thing the next morning. Excellent communication. We will book this condo again and again!

We recently stayed here to attend a wedding at Kiawah. The condo was perfect! It was very clean, the marsh views were spectacular and the long dock a treat at sunset. The bikes were perfect, in good working order, which isn’t always the case at rentals. The location was perfect for us, being near tennis, the fitness center, the French bakery and the beautiful equestrian center. The only thing that we had an issue with and is no reflection of the property is the amenity fee structure. When you go to a resort and pay a resort fee, it always includes certain things. Here the amenity fee is more of an opportunity for access and to pay more. There is an additional charge for tennis, the fitness center and even for a towel at the pool! The golf club restaurant was wonderful and so was the informal beach restaurant, which you are not permitted to eat at unless you purchase an amenity card.

Seabrook Island is the perfect place to enjoy nature and peace. This property has gorgeous marsh views, is super clean and newly decorated. The decor is gorgeous and modern, with a well-stocked kitchen. Very close to Freshfield Village restaurants and shops, with great biking and walking paths. We would definitely return.
