Questa splendida casa sulla spiaggia di Water's Edge a Folly Beach, Carolina del Sud, fa parte di una comunità progettata con un richiamo ai colori e al fascino storico di Charleston. La tua futura casa sulla spiaggia è a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia e ad un solo isolato da "Downtown" Folly. Siamo dotati di comfort e molti aggiornamenti che renderanno la vostra vacanza sulla spiaggia di Charleston memorabile. Come ulteriore vantaggio, siamo nascosti in un quartiere tranquillo, ma percorribile a piedi da tutto ciò che Folly ha da offrire! A soli 15 minuti in auto dal centro di Charleston dove vi attendono cibo, storia, shopping e vita notturna!

La cucina è dotata di deliziosi ripiani in granito, barra rovesciata personalizzata e tutte le esigenze dei vostri elettrodomestici. Legni duri in tutta la cucina e il soggiorno e il tappeto berbero in tutte le stanze e il corridoio. Rilassatevi e sorseggiare il vostro drink preferito pomeriggio sulla nostra veranda riparata privato, mentre si guarda la fauna selvatica che visita spesso il nostro flusso di marea appena fuori. Piano superiore balcone privato al largo della Master Suite dispone di una vista perfetta sul fiume e tramonti. Patio posteriore ha una doccia esterna. All communication was with a local property management company and they made the whole process very easy with good communication before and during the stay. A great location on the island, just off the bridge. Clean and comfortable accommodations.

Great location. Easy booking and communication. Accommodations were ok. The family room couch and coffee table were not the best, chairs to the kitchen table were uncomfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Didn’t like that it was mandatory to park in the garage. Too many notifications sent on “noise ordinance” for renting the unit as it pertains to the neighborhood. After the 5th notification felt like a threat. Not sure what you think renters are going to come in and do. Appreciated the beach chairs to utilize.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was very comfortable. A very short walk to the pool and quite close to the beach made this a dream vacation. Check-in was a breeze and the house had everything we needed.

Family Getaway

We would highly recommend this rental property. This property was in a fantastic location. A pleasant stroll through neighborhoods to shops and restaurants. The pool was well maintained on a daily basis. Walking out onto the docks gave a wondeful view of the river where we spotted dolfins and crabs. The covered area on the dock allwed us to sit and relax in the heat of the day. The house itself was set up beautifully and very clean, with all the comforts of home. There are lots of stairs so be aware if mobility is an issue. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, eat a meal together and watch the sun set. It was a great time with our grown kids.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was a lovely home just a few blocks away from downtown Folly Beach and the public beach. The home was really clean and comfortable, and the balcony off the master bath was wonderful for sunbathing and reading. The directions we received for check-in and checkout were really clear and included provided items (soap, linens, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent), things to do, and places to eat. It was nice that it was sent as a link to my phone so I could access it at any time. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock--and even saw a dolphin playing at the water's edge one dock away. The company was easy to reach with questions and they communicated clearly and frequently. You might be able to get it cheaper through MyOceanRental. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a great vacation home!

Girls getaway

We had a fabulous time. This location was perfect for our needs and had everything we could need. Walking distance to all the restaurants and pier. Great communication and easy check in and check out process. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely rent this one again.

Family trip

This property was in a great location. We could walk to restaurants and the beach. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended another night and luckily they could accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location! My Ocean Rental staff provided a thorough digital guestbook. They were friendly & responded quickly to questions. We walked to restaurants & beach several times. Loved watching sunset on the fishing pier. We did not use the pool but it was very clean with amble chairs. Home itself was perfect size & very well stocked to cook in or do carry out. It was accurate to pictures & descriptions provided. The decks were fabulous to enjoy the perfect weather. Cannot wait to return again!

First time with Grandbaby at the beach

It's in a good location and within walking distance of everything. It's great that we could bring the boat up and load it at the dock. However, the condo floors and rugs were dirty. Not good for babies crawling around on the floor.

Charleston locals wanting a beach weekend with fam

Our adult daughter, her husband, and son came into town for an impromptu visit. We wanted a fun and relaxing trip to one of our local beaches. Very happy with the place. Accurate Charleston vibes and super relaxing. Highly recommend.

Amazing Property

We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Property management was very responsive. We loved watching sunsets from the porch! Highly recommend!

Perfect April Friends’ Week

113 Water’s Edge was a great place for 4 retired friends to enjoy a week getaway. The condo was lovely, plenty of room for everyone including bathrooms, big kitchen/dining area, and great outdoor spaces. Enjoyed the pool and dock at sunset. Just minutes walk to beach, plenty of parking and close to Charleston by car! Note - the 4th smallest bedroom doesn’t have a window. Property management arranged for Comcast to fix the internet and tv without being asked on day #1. Overall was perfect for our group.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay and the place was nicely decorated. The decks were wonderful. The couches are not the most comfortable, but the beds were. The showers are great, especially the one in the master bedroom.

Clean and comfortable!

Property was very clean, updated, and comfortable for our party of 5 adults. All the beds were comfy; good pillows, bedding, etc. View of the river was peaceful, and loved the location to the dock. Very convenient to downtown Folly, too! We did have a maintenance issue during our stay and the property managers took care of it right away. Very easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property and My Ocean Rentals for your Folly visit!
