“The sweet little beach house is in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. There’s a farm store a half a mile away as well as the absolute best coffee shop/bakery less than a mile away. The property manager was amazing and very responsive with our questions. I can’t wait to go back next year.”

“Everything we needed: comfortable spaces, well equipped kitchen, spacious master, perfect guest rooms, nice bathrooms, private outdoor areas, outside shower, and a short drive to perfect beaches (with a provided parking pass). And our host was pleasant and very responsive. What more can you ask for? Quick note: you’ll need to bring sheets and towels. We used the local rental agency, which worked great. We LOVE South County RI!”

“This is our third year at this beautiful beach house, and every year when we enter, we are surprised by how lovely and clean is. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning was so appreciated. The beds are comfy, the furnishings great, and the fabulous kitchen and grill met all our dining needs! And of course, we loved the opportunity to sample the Charlestown beaches with the complementary pass. We had many wonderful dinners and family events at this beautiful home, and look forward to...

“Me and my family had an amazing stay at "the treehouse". We really enjoyed the direct access to Ninigret Pond, as well as the included beach pass. The cottage is located on the property of the owner's home, but they are very welcoming and helpful. We felt happy, and comfortable, the entire trip. Quonnie is the perfect place to beach, fish, kayak, etc etc. I highly recommend this cottage!”
