Hotel vicino a Charlotte-Genesee Lighthouse - Rochester

“After staying in a “unique” or “historic” hotel in Toronto and it not being so nice, I was really hesitant and worried about my stay in Rochester at the lofts. The outside looked worrisome and the houses surrounding the school are not in great shape. But once inside, the room was absolutely incredible. So spacious and a full apartment perfect for a long term stay. Clean, organized, perfect for a stay. Would have been willing to stay longer just not on the itinerary”

“This was probably my 4th or 5th stay here. This is the hotel I first book if there is room availability whenever I come visit Rochester, NY.”

“The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. This is a great hotel if you want close access to the university. It has a nice river view and the pantry with fair-priced snacks and laundry are nice amenities if you have children or are staying for several nights.”

“Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”

“They don't have an elevator. The room was cleaned however it was not restocked with amenities. The front desk is maintained by signs not people.”

“While we had a good experience with staff the hotel room itself was very dated. There was a small hand towel shoved into a vent above the bed area, dust build up on the AC unit (that wouldn’t come clean after I tried to wipe it down myself), TV didn’t work properly and the pillows were lumpy. Noticed one of the beds also wasn’t a full queen as it didn’t line up with the headboard. I’m not generally one to complain but while we still spent a decent amount of money to stay here for 1 night,...
