“Our stay was good and convenient for our visit to the museum of play. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly. Rated it only a 3 based on the breakfast buffet experience. When selecting a hotel we chose this one as it included a breakfast buffet. People were sticking their bare hands in the waffle batter mix tub to scoop out the batter because the dispenser was clogged. The meat that was served was like a chopped up hot dog. “I would stay there again. Found one small unidentified bug in bathroom, otherwise room was clean, modern and spacious. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Rest of hotel was clean and modern. Free buffet breakfast was OK. Elevators were quick. Surrounding area was nice. Parking was spacious. ”

“We rated our stay as Okay only because the room seemed unusually small for Hampton, with my wife commenting she felt almost claustrophobic. Our only other issue was that there was no mobile phone signal within our room. Very odd! Tested our phones in the lobby, hallway and directly outside our room door, and had signal. “The staff weren't that helpful. The front desk was mostly unmanned. We were there for 5 days and they didn't want to or change out the bed linens. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work the whole time there. The floor was hard so dirt accumulated and no one serviced the room and there was no broom. For what was paid it did equal out. Thankful we didn't have to pay for parking.”

“Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”

“The lobby and rooms had an update cute appearance. Underneath this is a 1960s motel that had a minor facelift. The rooms are tiny, small sink in room with a separate toilet and shower- this area is so small you can barely fit to get into shower. We were there for four days and received no housekeeping- asked several times each day. Staff made fun of my requests out loud saying I was demanding and annoying. Mini fridge is filled to the brim with mini bar items- you need to unload all items to use...

“The pool is truly disguising. I saw people look at it once and walk away. Very very loud hotel at all hours of the day, I was even advised by the front desk staff to not expect to sleep past 10AM ever at this hotel, even weekends, due to the constant noise, mostly from their own staff”
