Unwind and relax after a long day with a glass of wine in the private and tranquil outdoor space. Jet off to work fully rested and leave the family in this fun and safe updated space!

The back yard is fully fenced in making for a pet friendly stay.

The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, newer cabinets, and a gas range ready to prepare some delicious meals.

The (3) bedrooms feature:

- 1 Full sized bed

You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

Located in the Wilmore neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina with a population of 2,150. Wilmore is in Mecklenburg County and is one of the best places to live in North Carolina. Living in Wilmore offers guests and residents an urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Wilmore there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Wilmore.

*Please note that at times, you may hear road noise from the highway and/or train passing. If so, it is minimal inside the home and more noticeable while outdoors.

Uber/Lyft are great options. Lime scooters are available for rent Uptown

-**30 night minimum stay. Given the min length of stay, the cleaning fee is for a `deep clean` to be performed after check out.
- Please note that there is a train that passes by this area and you may hear noise from the train during your stay.

**NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE**
*If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have one doorbell camera, one at the driveway, and one at the back deck. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy selected at booking. Please note that third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
