“The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats.
We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations.
I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company.

“We were rebooked here due to the previous location overselling. It worked great for us because the location and rooms were better...but the staff was the best part. Not only did reception help us with an early check-in even though the place was full from the night before, but the gentleman (I forgot his name, works only weekends mostly, grey hair, maybe British accent) at the front desk was kind, chatty, engaged...all the things. Very pleasant experience!”
