“We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. “We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text.”

“Fix your fire alarms! Why are they so close to the bathroom?!?!? Your water doesn’t even get as hot as I like it and it STILL was able to set off the fire alarm and the fire department showed up while I was STILL nak*d and doing my hair. Not the relaxing morning I was hoping for.”
