“L’hotel scelto è sufficientemente costoso e ci si aspetta un servizio altrettanto buono.
Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera.

“Clean room nice front desk staff. But the room service would knock on the door repeatedly when the do not disturb sign was up. The mini fridge was only able to go for 2 hours before turning off. So I never kept anything cold.”

“We walked in the door at 9 o’clock, and there was a live band playing, and we literally got smacked in the face with a cloud of pot, cigarettes, and vape smoke. This lasted until at least midnight. The next morning when we woke up, there were joints in the hallway outside our room! I was staying there with my young daughter. The live band is understandable but not the drug use in the hotel.

“Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...
