“Love the hotel was very well taken care of and it was located very close to my family I was visiting.”

“We have stayed at another Residence Inn a couple of years back that was in desperate need of updating and cleaning. I am thankful to say this location was updated and clean. I noticed a small maintenance issue in the bathroom around the shower and a mirror that was missed during the last cleaning. The staff was excellent in every way!”

“Everything was very good except for two things: First, upon first use of the bathroom, we learned the toilet was clogged. Called down to the front desk and they provided a plunger, but we had to deal with it ourselves. Not a problem, just annoying. Second, and I want to stress this was not a direct problem of the hotel, but the power went out twice. Turns out they, like everyone else, suffered rolling brown-outs. “The room was pretty nice and I loved the full kitchen. There were a few items that were missing. The location is great and the views of the mountains were fabulous. The breakfast was dismal. it was all processed except for the bagels and the over ripe fruit. No pancakes, waffles, muffins, etc. The communication with the front desk is poor. My dead bolt didn't work because the strike plate was bent and a screw was out of it. I was told on a Saturday night that someone would be up the next...
