“We were greeted by Esmeralda upon checking in. She was very helpful and friendly with answering questions we had. The breakfast every morning was delicious! The kids had a great time in the pool and the location was perfect for all of our trips out.”

“The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice.”

“Pros: friendly staff, free laundry machines, free breakfast, well maintained property, good water pressure in shower, nice kitchenette in room Cons: sleeper sofa was not comfortable and there is no door from the bathroom sink area to the main bedroom, so it is not a great setup for a person planning on sleeping in the living room or someone trying to get ready while others are sleeping. “The online food menu was 2 years old, other than that maybe some shade/umbrellas in the back sitting area would have been really nice in the heat.”

“I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”
