“The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice.”

“We basically had this entire place to ourselves for two days, and felt like royalty at breakfast! The entire staff was great. The only "complaints" I had were that our room was a little dusty, and we had a leaky sink faucet that leaked all over the counter. Regardless, I would stay here over and over again! We stayed here for 2 Red Rocks shows, and the location was great. The small town that's closeby was also very cute and clean - easy access for groceries, dinner, drinks, etc. Loved our stay!”

They were unable to fix it and we had to move to another room - fortunately it was next door. We were traveling with other family members and had a total of 4 rooms - all of us had issues with our key cards not working and had to have them replaced a few times over 2 days. “We didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel had a dinosaur theme. Great if you have kids that like dinosaurs. The breakfast bar had more choices than we were expecting. It was great each day we had it. The staff was very polite and helpful as well!”

“I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”
