“No furniture except the beds. Appeared to be missing chairs and table. Probably due to transition to Spark hotel but definitely felt unfinished.
No coffee pot in the room. I got one at desk, no filter holder, requested twice but they couldn’t find the right one.
Originally told room cleaned every other day unless requested. After 3 days of no cleaning we were told it must always be requested. After I requested twice still never got cleaned & they Refused to take out trash that smelled.

“Had to change from the first room as it smelled terrible. The second one offered was somehow better. The toilet kept leaking into the bowl and this will make the water to be constantly running. The refrigerator was broken and I didn’t notice right away. I notice when all my food spoiled.
To make matter more annoying and inconvenient my key card kept getting deactivated EVERY DAY of my stay.
Thankfully the staff was very nice and apologetic and helpful but I will not be staying here again ”
