Called down to the front desk and they provided a plunger, but we had to deal with it ourselves. Not a problem, just annoying. Second, and I want to stress this was not a direct problem of the hotel, but the power went out twice. Turns out they, like everyone else, suffered rolling brown-outs. “We have stayed at another Residence Inn a couple of years back that was in desperate need of updating and cleaning. I am thankful to say this location was updated and clean. I noticed a small maintenance issue in the bathroom around the shower and a mirror that was missed during the last cleaning. The staff was excellent in every way!”
