“Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, they also had a nice variety of breakfast options. The pool, hot tub and weight room were all well maintained. I’ve stayed there twice already and will stay again next time I’m in the area! ”

“Hotel was under some construction outside, dust and dirt located by back door. It smelled a little like smoking in the building. Overall it was a good place to stay, with clean rooms and a great staff. Breakfast could’ve have been better otherwise it’s part of the stay.”

The 2 out of 3 reasons we stayed there was a flop. Was hoping for hot tub to warm up after storm at red rocks. The maintenance guy doesn’t get much time off and seems overworked. “This is literally a roach motel. I must have stepped on 15 roaches around the "room" and it was absolutely disgusting. Neither of the coils on the stove warmed up (both broken). The fridge was barely cold, and the freezer somehow overpowered. Neighbors were loud af all night, the "security" didn't do anything except sit in their car. The positives? There was parking. The lights worked. The toilet flushed.... That's about it. Yes, $80 is a steal for a room for the night in Denver, but you get...

“Grateful for them taking us in last minute. The fan unit was inoperable in the room we stayed in making the room quite uncomfortable. We booked a second night the next morning and they could not find our itinerary anywhere. Needless to say we canceled and are awaiting a refund in full. Other than that the employees were very professional. This location has stepped it up compared to years prior. Great place to get some sleep in a pinch. And very budget friendly. Free pets as well is a lifesaver....

“Over the years Super8 is always a value. The curtains on my unit were damaged but closeable. The breakfast bar was sufficient but could be better. If you are a senior traveler: the toilets are so close to the ground as to be dangerous. Hand holds are a must. How about limited mobility rooms with higher toilets and or hand holds.”

“Room smelled horrible. The sofas looked so nasty and just hideous thus not even a thought sitting on them. The bed sheets were also nasty with visible disgusting stains on them. Even the additional blanket on top of closet had disgusting stains. We asked them to replace the sheets, and just based on the immediate attitude of personnel was obvious they were not going to do anything about it. They said they would, but with an undertone that it was evident it was just a response to make us go...

“The location was great and very easy to get to downtown. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is a budget motel so it is old and the room we were in needs a makeover but it did the job. The staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Room was clean when I checked in but no kitchen towels, dishes, etc. Extra fee if I want room cleaned once per week. Never know if your neighbors are going to be noisy. Paper thin walls. Chance we have to take in an extended stay. I don't appreciate the marajuana smoking outside my window. Smell came in thru ac. For most part the staff is friendly but I think they are spread thin. Not always someone at the front desk when we need something.”

“STAY AWAY from this one. I don't event know where to start. We fought for a refund the whole time. 1. Property is not kept up. 2. Room does not have queen beds as listed. They were full size. 3. It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture. The whole sink front broke off as soon as we opened the drawer 5. Dirty unit. I don't even think they clean these between guests. 6. No new towels for the entire...
