Hotel vicino a Thunder Valley Park - Denver

“Wonderful motel, excellent location, see you again soon!”

“Old and worn out. Everything in the rooms need replacing!”

“Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and though the hallways are due for new carpeting, I saw the maid vacuuming the carpet edges so at least the old carpet seems cleaned well. Also saw a maid mopping the rooms floors, so that's good. The breakfast is a bit too basic (re: only serve eggs and turkey bacon, yuck, on weekends), but as the price is relatively reasonable, rooms are clean, and staff is pleasant, we'll likely stay there a third time.”

“Property was uniquely located in all the major highways for easy transit. Only issue I had was the hotel did not keep up to its ads in Expedia.... almost looked like a temporary apartment accommodation... And my main issue was no working elevators pls fix your elevators!!!!. GEE”

“The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!”

“Not the greatest Courtyard property I’ve stayed at. First of all, $8/night for parking? Next I know not cleaning daily is now a thing, especially in areas conserving water, but no signs at desk or in room or verbally expressed is just a pain in the sss. The “instructions “ are on the 2x2 planer I. Size 6 font. Had to go ask for clean towels on day 2 evening and the guy that had cooked our breakfast was working the front desk. I asked for 2 sets of towels, and he brought me 4 bath towels...

“Property is badly maintained. Most outlets did not work. Had only one towel in the room.”

“The room smelled and was not in the best condition. The hallways smelled and the A/C did not work as well as it should. This place could use some remodeling.”

“This was a decent hotel. The first room we were given smelled like smoke but they gladly gave us another room. The second room was a lot nicer than the first one.”

“We had a great time staying in the Zen Den! It was perfect for 2 people. Close to town and the convenience of onsite transportation to and from the Red Rocks Amphitheatre at a reasonable price was nice. Brookes was very helpful and such a sweetie too! Would love to stay here again soon.”

“The hotel is very nice, clean, newish or recently renovated. The breakfast is good enough-more than adequate. The pool wasn’t open until the 3rd day we were there for some unknown reason, but when it was it was lovely. The location is very good for quick access to Red Rocks and Golden, and very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping.”

“Felt Like I was in a Housing Project sceaming all night dogs barking people in the hallway at 330am yealling thety were going to kill themself”

“It was just.....ok, not fancy, but just ok!”

“We were not given our room reservation we got 1 queen instead of 2 beds and were told too bad there wasn’t a 2 bed with patio left, even though i reserved it MONTHS AGO. There are zero amenities except the mini fridge in the room but there’s no microwave so it’s kind of pointless. No restaurant is open before 4:00 just room service (which is more like DoorDash and they charge you a couple of fees to bring it) I wouldn’t stay there again.”
