“Breakfast menu is pretty good. Didn’t have to use any of the other resources of the hotel.”

I got one at desk, no filter holder, requested twice but they couldn’t find the right one. Originally told room cleaned every other day unless requested. “Stayed at this same hotel the year prior and enjoyed it but it has gone completely downhill since then. Air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 95 out the day we were there. Hotel staff came up to the room, confirmed it didn't work and asked if we could "deal with it". I told them no and we wanted a new room. The said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. There was no manager on duty that weekend but we were told the manager would contact us the following Monday. 10...
