Overall, the stay was great. Location is perfect for walking around downtown Raleigh. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were above and beyond when it came to requesting extra towels and sundries (coffee, cups, etc.) and telling us about local information. We loved the shuffleboard table on the second floor. My family enjoyed the chance to have fun downstairs and not go back to the room right away. There is one item that was a negative for us...hotel parking...valet parking at the hotel garage is not included on the bill. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay.
