“Expedia and/or the Saddlery did not make it clear that this "hotel" has no staff and I would need a code to enter the property. That was on p. 4 or so of the confirmation email that I printed out. I arrived and did not know how to get in. Luckily it was on the email account that I have on my phone. Otherwise it was very nice for a great price.”

“The shower head did not work properly, the door to the bathroom was a barn door that is hard to open/close, there was a folded chair in the shower that took up space and should only be put there if it’s needed. Breakfast was good. ”
