“Hired a twin room for the night whilst staying with my daughter after a previous bad experience at a different hotel. The room was clean, the TV worked and the pressure in the shower was nice to me. Stopped for a beer in the pub (noise from which was not heard in the room) and the ladies working were polite and helpful. I felt I received good value for money, I would happily return and would be glad to recommend to others”

“I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked. “Excellent overnight stay. Our room was much bigger and quieter than expected after reading some reviews. Main area had a comfy double bed with plenty of space around it, bedside units, long dressing table and large tv. There was a big dressing area with clothes storage and then a good size bathroom. “I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean. "Nel complesso esperienza molto buona. Personale della reception accogliente e ha spiegato tutti i servizi principali in modo esaustivo. Camera piccola ma accogliente, con tutto l’essenziale e per una notte più che soddisfatta. Letto molto comodo. A pochi passi da castello, da diversi pub dove andare a cenare o a bere qualcosa. A pochi minuti dal centro, se uno vuole fare un po’ di shopping, e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione..ottima posizione!"

"3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money ."
