“In the midst of a heat wave the ac stopped working and I told the front desk I needed repairs and the maintenance tweaked it but didn’t fix it. I called Expedia and they called the front desk and they were told that I had the ac on auto not cool and I needed to give it some time to cool the room. That was a total lie since the unit didn’t even have an auto setting. Then I complained to the front desk again and they replaced the unit.
