“Had king suite....so much empty room. Bathroom was so small and tight it was laughable and very uncomfortable. Had to turn the ac down to 63 to get the room cool. Room smelled musty upon arrival.”

“Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.”

“I didn’t like the fact that I was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes because the door wouldn’t open. The front desk told me me that would credit me for 1 night for each room, since I had booked 2 rooms. Still haven’t received any credit. So I’m not too happy about that.”

“In the midst of a heat wave the ac stopped working and I told the front desk I needed repairs and the maintenance tweaked it but didn’t fix it. I called Expedia and they called the front desk and they were told that I had the ac on auto not cool and I needed to give it some time to cool the room. That was a total lie since the unit didn’t even have an auto setting. Then I complained to the front desk again and they replaced the unit. Then the maintenance man knocked on my door and started giving...
