“I’ve stayed here several times and this was my first not so good experience. The generator outside my room woke me up for a couple hours during the night. Realized there was no shampoo in the bottle in the midst of my shower; requested shampoo from front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring me a bottle. ”

“Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. ”

“I had the two bedroom suit which came with two full bathrooms in each. Dinning and living area along with kitchen. This was a great stay for me and the family. The room was clean and felt like a home away from home. We were able to utilize the gym which wasn't to bad. The package came breakfast which was great every morning with a variety of options. I would stay again if in traveling with the family.”

“The staff was very friendly the room and property were clean however no one mentioned that there were active construction/repairs/renovations being done so it was not very relaxing. The suite I was in had a crew working on the suite above so all I heard was lots of noise from banging to stomping. ”

“The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. After trying to get in touch with the hotel, the front desk finally answered and told us that maintenance had left for the day, and we needed to come and get the...
