“I booked a suite with 2 king size beds, the room I got was a suite with 2 full beds. There was mold in the corner ceiling. The boxsprings were stained.. We slept on top of the covers. The bathtub/shower was dirty. The hotel hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was okay.”

“We had to leave a day early due to winter storm coming in, the hotel did not charge for leaving early. No arguments, no stress, we had to cancel all the family events.”

“The train track next to my room was horrible. i woke up 3 times during the first night and requested a room change and the staff refused and said the entire hotel is completely booked. which is hard to believe. on top of it my room is right opposite to the housekeeping. the noises from that room made my life miserable. i ran to the nearest pharmacy to buy ear plugs as i was losing my sleep. it’s a nightmare. would never rec this place to anyone. “Camera non pulita nei dettagli, hanno lasciato ventilatore per ozono per togliere odori lasciati dal precedente cliente. Forse essendo una struttura che dà affitta le camere anche per periodi di 30 giorni, le camere vengono lasciate in condizioni di forte utilizzo e sporcizia.”

“Stayed a couple of nights due to an issue at my apartment. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Amenities were really nice. Full equipped kitchen, and outside felt almost like an apartment complex and very home-y. Was very quiet for a hotel & grounds very clean with it being pet friendly. Would definitely stay again or recommend. ”

“Hotel needs a lot of updates Stuff needs to be trained in customers service. Don't text when customers staining and waiting just to drop the keys Food should be better, no appl juice in the pitcher with "orange juice " stickers. Pillows way too soft No bodywash and handle shower All rest is OK”

“Coffee was good. Staff was very nice. Room was clean, but floor by stove could have use some cleaning. Bed was great, good night sleep. Temps in room were good. I was a ok with stay, the bathroom, dresser and kitchen looked like they could use a face lift, but so could I.”
