“NOT RECOMMENDED. This was not what I thought of as an IHG hotel. Cleanliness was poor - even a large dry rotten peach/fruit pit was lying under desk. There were only 3 towels. The tv would not allow additional apps except Netflix and prime. The couch was supposed to function as both bed and couch. I challenge any staff or administrator to sit on this piece of furniture and say it's a couch. It's too wide to lean back. Most importantly the pool, both pictured and adverised was "under...

“Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, clean towels etc. Ice machine could be cleaned up and that area. Otherwise it's 33 minutes from Philly so it was quiet.”

“The staff were very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were small. Otherwise, the area is great, with lots of places to eat within distance of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the casino is a great bonus.”

“I didn’t like the fact that I was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes because the door wouldn’t open. The front desk told me me that would credit me for 1 night for each room, since I had booked 2 rooms. Still haven’t received any credit. So I’m not too happy about that.”

The service that should have come in and taken the old towels, and the garbage atleast never did. They also advertised breakfast, no breakfast.”
