“Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western.”

“The shower sliding door would not stay in place and had to held in place with one hand. It was difficult trying to shower one handed. Thought the entire facility was in need of an update.”

“Posizione periferica, servita dall'autobus n.44 (la fermata è a 50 metri sulla destra come esci dall'albergo ) l'autobus passa ogni mezz'ora e ti porta in qualsiasi punto del centro. Albergo molto carino, arredato con gusto.”

“We stayed 2 nights. All the staff were nice. It is an older property that seems to be in the process of updating the facilities. But it was clean. Breakfast area was clean and food was fresh. Overall not bad for a quick meal. The only issue we had was the spare roll of toilet paper had roach eggs and baby roaches in it. But that could be from the manufacturer or distributor. Didn't see any evidence of bugs anywhere else in building. I did inform front desk of problem, and they let housekeeping...

“Nothing to like in this dump”

“They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. When you call the front desk for help, they apologize and say it will be handled and that NEVER happens lol. Had to go down there and pile up towels, tissue, and washcloths in my hands from the front desk. The room in the iron didn't work and that took 1.5 days to get a new one for some reason. Gym was fair and so was pool. Room was nice and you can walk to some places...

“Camera non pulita nei dettagli, hanno lasciato ventilatore per ozono per togliere odori lasciati dal precedente cliente. Forse essendo una struttura che dà affitta le camere anche per periodi di 30 giorni, le camere vengono lasciate in condizioni di forte utilizzo e sporcizia.”
