  • Lavanda Barn East è una delle due case comunicanti. I cottage sono costruiti appositamente in pietra di Cotswold. Sono ben arredate e confortevoli.
    (I due cottage possono essere affittati insieme e la porta comunicante può essere aperta per fornire una proprietà adatta per un massimo di 8 persone.)

    Il cottage è molto ben posizionato, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Bourton on the Water. Bourton offre molte attrazioni turistiche, negozi e ristoranti. È una destinazione per tutto l'anno e la sua bella strada alta con il fiume e molti ponti di pietra è conosciuta come la Venezia dei Cotswolds.

    Il cottage offre 2 camere da letto, che possono ospitare 4 persone. Una camera ha un bagno privato, l'altra ha un bagno doccia con una grande doccia 1500. (Le camere da letto hanno soffitti inclinati in alcuni punti)
    Al piano inferiore si trova un piano aperto con una cucina ben attrezzata con forno elettrico e piano cottura, frigorifero e freezer, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Area salotto, con comodi posti a sedere e portefinestre sul patio. C'è anche una sala da pranzo.
    All'esterno c'è un giardino recintato con mobili e ombrellone con parcheggio per due auto.

Great location and comfortable

Excellent location with good parking close to town. Great place to base yourself to see the Cotswolds. Modern and would definitely stay again.

Charming Bourton on the Water

Wonderful stay in town in a beautifully appointed, fully equipped, and renovated apartment. Good access to footpaths. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cottage on a quiet part of the street. We were only a few minutes walk to Main Street Bourton, a grocery store and bus stops. It was a perfect location with all the amenities you need for a home away from home. The host John was very responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks and would definitely stay here again. The cottage was pristine inside and everything looked brand new.

Loved the location within easy walking distance to shops and grocery store, etc. It was nice to have some space to spread out and having the luxury to wash our clothes, etc for the second half of our trip was very convenient.

Functional spot close to the grocery store and to the cute strip of town by the river. No frills but had everything we needed. Quiet and practical with off street parking.

Fabulous location with parking. Short walk into the centre. Probably the best location we’ve had in the Cotswolds (visited many times). John was very responsive and helpful when we had a problem with the TV which was very much appreciated. The cottage was cosy and warm and well equipped. Our only criticism was the double bed wasn’t particularly comfortable which is a shame. Having two bathrooms with teen girls was a must! However, we would have really liked a shower attachment above the bath. We knew beforehand there wasn’t one but It really would make a big difference. Overall we had a wonderful stay in beautyful Bourton. Thank you!

Wonderful Location

Beautiful accommodations. Quiet but still close to the town center. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Nearby footpaths for wonderful scenic walks. Of all our visits to the Cotswolds villages this was by far our favorite. Easy communication with the host. Would absolutely stay here again

Bourton on the water

Two years ago stayed at West Lavender cottage and this time stayed at East Lavender cottage. Both provide lovely clean accommodation with all the equipment you need for a restful stay. It is just a very short walk from the main street in Bourton and very convenient for visiting many places in the Cotswolds.

Lavender Barn

Great location to explore the Cotswolds. It was lovely to return to the Lavender Barn every evening. This is a perfect location for wandering and enjoying Bourton on the Water restaurants and amenities. The property is super clean and fully stocked with everything a guest requires. We highly recommend it and will likely return.

Excellent property in the heart of the village

We had a lovely short break in this property. It had everything we needed and the location was brilliant. Comfy, clean and well equipped, there was even a Christmas tree which was a nice touch! Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the house was lovely and warm and the welcome flowers and cookies were much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property.

Australia to Boughton on the Water

Had a great time here. The highlights were 2 of the suggested walks from the Information Centre. The cottage was very comfortable and close to town. The key safe was difficult to open but that was the only negative thing. Overall it was excellent.

Absolutely everything about this home is perfect, it is loved and cared for by its owners, spotlessly clean, parking right outside your door, high-quality home and furnishings, the location is great as you can walk into town. 100% would recommend and return.

The location couldn't be more perfect. It's about a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and 5 minutes away from a large grocery store. We really appreciated the 3 toilets and 2 ensuites. The bath was divine and skylights kept that fresh air flowing. The double bed was quite uncomfortable for the first few nights, but after we decided to flip it, we realized it was the wrong side up! Don't let that happen to you. What a great stay! We would absolutely return!

Lovely Home in Perfect Location

This lovely home is perfectly located in walking distance to the town center and right next to a wonderful grocery store. It has all the amenities needed for a family or friends who want to cook, make coffee or do laundry. The washing machine and dryer are fantastic and the host provides detergent. So nice to have a microwave and dishwasher as well. Love the outdoor seating area which is private.

This was a fantastic stay. The house is really well equipped with everything needed for a holiday stay whether for a few days or longer. The rooms are all very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment and a large fridge and freezer. I really appreciate how simply furnished the property was with large windows making it light and airy. The only slight issue was initially getting into the property, but everything was fine once in. The property's location is excellent, away from the busyness of Bourton centre which was only 10 minutes walk away. It also has a large Co-op supermarket at the back of the property and it is in easy access of walkways into nature.

Absolutely wonderful place .

If you want a relaxing stay and have not been to Bourton on the water . Put it on your bucket list . Lavender barn east had everything we needed for a restful break a short walk to a beautiful village with plenty of lovely shops and check out the motor museum and bird world . Our accommodation was extremely clean and tidy and our hosts were very helpful with any requirements. I don’t think we could have asked for anything else to make our stay better . Thank you and we will return as we love the Cotswolds.
