“The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary essentials of home. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to the apartment with a coded key lock system. The view to the beautiful backyard was a plus. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and fast with no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Lovely registration area. Doing renovations in part of hotel and it is time. Our room was a little dated but good value for the area. Staff helpful. Convenient to activities we did. Would go back!!”

“Great property, clean, comfortable and best of all with great orientation to see the Auroras. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic (frozen items in the cabin’s fridge). Felt awkward not to ever meet any Staff at the lobby but they were always quick to answer email or phone. We recommend it !”

“Classico motel un po' datato ma in ottime condizioni. Camere grandi e pulite. Personale disponibile e cordiale. ”

“It’s an okay place to stay. I like the bathroom sink, which is huge and great for bathing in. What I hate the most was the bedsheets. They were not cleaned at all. In fact, the comforter had dirty bleach on it. I got a cough from sleeping with it. However, they have a great parking spot and friendly staff. Oh, also, it was cold in my room sometimes but the heater they put in the room didn’t work. It’s broken.”

“Breakfast was dry cereal, bagels cream cheese and yogurt. More protein options would be a great addition ”

“Struttura pulita e moderna. Camere comode e pulite. Un pochino fuori dalla Downtown, quindi è necessario prendere l’auto non avendo l’hotel il proprio ristorante. ”

“I had stayed at another hotel before coming here, and that hotel was dirty and dingy compared to here. Comfort Inn was clean and bright with modern furnishings and rooms. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were so helpful and kind to me and allowed me to check in early and also gave me the Alaska resident discount. Would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone coming to Fairbanks for an affordable, clean hotel stay.”

“The rooms were hot, air conditioning did not work. Key did not work on door, two different key sets. They moved us to another room. We are traveling with a group of 14. All rooms were hot. It is unfortunate that the property was not in great working order at the beginning of the season. They had plenty of time to make things right before they opened.”

“Camera piuttosto bella anche se alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate come per esempio il letto forse troppo morbido e la zanzariera rotta che non è stata sistemata! Colazione discreta ma per gli standard europei forse un po' povera! Purtroppo la piccola spa non era disponibile perché in manutenzione! Nel complesso albergo molto bello e caratteristico un pò distante da downtown!”

“Ottimo hotel ma molto distante da Fairbanks ! Personale gentile, camere ampie e silenziose. Dotate di ogni confort. Bagno bello ed ampio. Colazione più che sufficiente . Peccato che disti 10 miglia dalla cittadina!”

“The office is pretty hidden not much signs. Place looks weird the old man who gave us key wasn’t really helpful didn’t really explain much on amenities or anything at all I think he just wanted to go back to sleep we arrived @3am. Rooms are dirty we had to buy our cleaning supplies to clean it up more, we stayed at property next to Napa store. I asked the boss of cleaning if I can get towels and she said she didn’t have any so it’s pointless to b on the property. Staff wasn’t helpful at all .”

“Al check-in non volevano applicare la tariffa Expedia, abbiamo perso mezz'ora per sistemare le cose. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una receptionist molto competente e gentile che, chiamata dal collega ha risolto il problema. ”

“Nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Gym was decently equipped. Very convenient to the airport- free shuttle was a nice convenience. Good option if you need a non-resort type hotel to explore Fairbanks. ”

“In realtà non era un hotel ma un residence, per cui si soggiornava in un appartamento, ampio, ben arredato. Il residence era di 3 piani, senza ascensore, per cui non comodo per le valigie. Comunque l'unico vero punto dolente era la distanza dal centro del residence.”
