“Upon arrival to this property we had to wait for an extended amount of time because the person at front desk could not find the reservation and had to call the manager several times. The room we were given, the ac wasn’t cooling well and the ceiling fan was broken. The bathroom was in terrible condition, rust all over the toilette and bath tub. The bed was rock hard as well.
