“The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...

“Our third time there and this experience was excellent. Breakfast was very delicious and there was variety. Most places that offer breakfast give you the same breakfast daily, Jannah Villas did an excellent job with breakfast. Staff was pleasant, Julius and Musa are so polite and wonderful! Ofcourse Malik who is part of management always order stellar service! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay”

“I chose this place because of its close proximity to where i needed to be. It was advertised wiyh a bar and restaurant. No such thing. No bar, no food. I mailed them saying i was arriving after 10 pm. Place was locked up and no one would answer my calls to reception. I slept in my car the first night. Room was terrible. Damp on the walls from the leaking shower. No room servicing, bed unmade, towel not changed. After two nights it stank. If anyone wants a really lousy stay, wants to waste their...
