Although his manager, Efya, did her best to make up for his lapses, the final straw came when we were told that an iron and ironing board could not be delivered to our rooms, and that we would instead have to pay extra to have our clothes ironed for us. Since we were in Ghana for a wedding in the East Legon area, that convenience was especially important and was one of the reasons we chose this...

“Staying at the Gallery was my worst experience so far. Check in was supposed to be at 2 but they didn't get me in till 3:30pm. Also getting in the room, both bed were not made with dirty comforters on the bed. Communication with the hostess are terrible. AC in the living room was not working. Remote could operate. Told them and still nothing was done. I will never return to this place.”

“I have booked with Accra Luxury Apartments a couple of times now, and one thing I always like about them is their communication. Very responsive and prompt in replying to messages. They offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport and assist with the check-in process. This last one, I reserved a room for my wife for one night.
