“The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time.”

“I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. “I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless. The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to. “The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice.”
