“What I like 1. Sheltered walkway to MRT station. 2. Quite a number of shops at below, also have 7-eleven cafe too. What I dislike 1. The windows are faulty, unable to close and lock. 2. Water dripping at below basin. 3. Could not adjust the volume of TV. The smart TV do not have youtube. 4. Both the air-con are not cold. 5. Shower cream and shampoo are not top up.”

“Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable”

“This property is located in a convenient place with a MRT station nearby and a shopping centre below. However, the management team really needs some improvements to make this place more welcoming to the guests. When we checked in, we found there were multiple issues with the unit: 1) the washer machine was actually very hard to reach -- it was placed outside with a giant AC over the head; 2) the AC did not work well -- it might need some basic maintenances; 3) the housing keeping staff did not...

“Great decor. Quite spacious and also very clean. Also the owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Only complaint is that you can hear noises from vehicles passing by in the middle of the night whilst sleeping in the front bedroom. ”

“良かった点 ・清潔 ・whatsupによる返信が早い ・電源のOAタップがあった。 ・壁が厚いのか、たまたま静かな人たちしかいなかったのか、周囲の部屋から全く音が響いてこなかった。別のコンドミニアムでは、この点がひどかったので。 ・ミディアムサイズのワイングラスがあった。 ・洗濯機が乾燥機付き且つ容量も多めで使い勝手が良い。 ・テレビがでかい。 ・ソファベッドがある。 悪かった点 ・デポジット300RMが必要との話を到着日に聞いた。（返金手段無く結局支払わずに済んだが） ・窓の外に金網が一面あるため、夜景が見づらい。 ・プールの使用可能時間をどこかに書いておいて欲しい。（whatsupで確認したが、間違っていた） ・物を置ける台が極端に少ない。スマホの充電にはアイロン台を流用。せめてベッド脇に小さなテーブルなど台が欲しい。 ・ライトがいくつか使えない状態だった。 ・カトラリーにナイフが無い。 ・とあるベッドのカバーが所々色褪せて汚く見えた。洗ってはいるのだろうが、到着して見た際にガッカリする。 ・フェイスタオルがないとのことだったが、あっても良いと思う。 ”

“First of all we've been waiting an hour just to get the key and end up the room card cant access. Arrange change to another room at another floor but rooms are not clean. Strong odor left from previous tenant and the bedsheet are not well organise. Call and message for help but didn't reply and no responses at all. Hairdryer and toilet roll not provided as stated. Next day only reply out of stock when we almost need to check out. Honestly, i wont be back for this owner property as services very...

“The room was dirty with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the hot water service did not work properly, the bedroom air conditioning did not work properly, room was in severe need of maintenance. The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place.”
