Hotel vicino a Chesterfield Amphitheater - St. Louis

“The staff was eager and enthusiastic about helping us get settled in our room and they were very welcoming and went above and beyond their jobs to make certain everything was great for our stay. The property was very nice and well maintained and clean and comfortable. The only thing that I could see that needed improvement was the breakfast menu and the kick back men’s need a wider variety of food options instead of serving the same meals daily, BORING.”

“The suite was very clean and provided plenty of room to relax. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Attractions nearby were walkable. Highly recommend.”

“We were there for a funeral. Signage was a bit different as there are two names on the and Springdale Suites on the building?”

“The staff was amazing and kind! I arrived early due to my flight and they were so helpful and accommodating. The room and property was very clean and maintained.”

“Great value but room not clean. The floor was not vacuumed. Desk staff covering desk and Starbucks cafe at same time. Guests had to wait due to short staffing.”

“Relatively new and very nice and clean hotel in a nice area. Room was very comfortable. The area is popular with traveling youth sports teams so several of them were in the hotel, but thankfully they were well behaved. Would stay here again.”

“Good all around place to stay nothing exceptional or wowing”

“Only one TV remote worked for both rooms. Batteries were good it just didn't work. The door handle to the bedroom was about to fall off but everything else was just fine. We had 6 people and only 3 towels so that was a pain but manageable. Clean, A/C worked well. No sheets for the fold out sofa but we went and asked for them also. Nothing bad to ruin a vacation.”

“This was the third time we stayed at the Sonesta. We enjoy staying there because it’s a convenient location and they have full kitchens for cooking.”

“Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff was so personable. As far as amenities go… it’s just basic. However, I do believe there was mold built around the air conditioning units in my suite…”

“This property is always clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfasts are good. The courtyard is nice to have a drink or sit around the fire pit. However, you need to know that Marriott has started charging $10 a night for parking. There’s no guard there’s no security. they even warned you that they are not responsible for your car. This property is in a business park yet they feel the need to stick it to you with $10 a night Parking.”
