“Great value but room not clean. The floor was not vacuumed. Desk staff covering desk and Starbucks cafe at same time. Guests had to wait due to short staffing.”

“This was the third time we stayed at the Sonesta. We enjoy staying there because it’s a convenient location and they have full kitchens for cooking.”

“Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.”

“This place is filthy. I would not want my dog to sleep on a mattress that dirty. Stained with mold, blood and the sheets had I can only imagine what stained on them. No blanket, just a top sheet. Curtain and lampshade were splattered with gunk. Faucet was loose from the sink. Shady parking lot. Do not stay here! Looks like people live there and put their trash cans in the hall to be emptied. We moved rooms and one bed was newer and the other the mattress pad was fused to the bed that had...

“For what we used it for, it was ok. Staff friendly. Room clean, but you can tell there was water damage in the ceiling at one point. Bathroom tile in need of repair, shower curtain ripped. Towel had stains, bedding had burn holes. Pillows flat, but clean. No coffee in room. But we choose it for location close to six flags, to sleep after a day in the park. Room was hot when we got there, ac off. Turned on room unit, and it cooled down within 45 minutes, however unit randomly turned on and off...

“The rooms were not cleaned. One room had crumbs in the bed and another room had broken glass on the floor. The staff was helpful in cleaning up the rooms once told about the situation. The hotel has an awful odor from the front door to the room. The smell almost reminded me of curry powder. If I go to the area again I'll stay at the other hotels in the area as they are much nicer.”

“Breakfast was good, had a variety and area was clean. Beds were comfortable. Not well maintained property, holes in walls, rusty nails staining the shower, shower was tiny, bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival…..wouldn’t recommend.”

“Came to check in and waited for 5 minutes while the front desk lady was hanging out in the back. She was very nice when she came to help. When we were given our key and went to our room, the room we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned for the next guest, so we were given another room. The new room was already occupied and we ended up walking in on someone. When trying to get our 3rd room, she had trouble (I don’t think was entirely her fault here).
