“The hotel is not prepared for emergencies. The day we checked in there had been tornadoes in the area. There was no cable TV, the internet wasn't working very well. We went to bed that night to wake up the next morning to no power at all. There had been another issue with weather, this time knocking out power to the whole town. “I think some people would say this hotel was too vintage for them, but for my dog and I it was perfect! I did not get to use the pool, but, it just wasn’t in our plans. This hotel was affordable, comfortable and very convenient. It was only about an eight minute ride if that, to Lake George and the dog friendly rooms had easy access to an outside path that allowed us for a little evening stroll. We had access to a kitchen, which made it a budget, friendly hotel, and we can see ourselves...

“No coffee machine,TV reception was pretty much non- existent. Place was clean and is at a convenient location. Bit expensive for what was offered.”

“This is our 3rd year staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love it here. We love how small and homey the hotel feels, we also love that it's a 5 minute walking distance to town. It's great to be so close but without all the crazy and chaotic crowds. We also love the fact that the pool is in a little green house so that we can still go swimming even during storms or extreme heat. This is the place that we stay every single time because it's perfect for our family.”

“I did not like the fact that there was smoking allowed, that there were ashtrays on every table, I also didn’t like how claustrophobic the walk way on the second floor was. Its a narrow , long porch and you had to literally step over peoples legs to get by, There were people sitting outside my door, it was not quiet”
